As the state agency that promotes access to education in North Carolina, we help students of all ages pay for their education.

Our collaborative, College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC), assists thousands of students each year plan, apply and pay for college. 

We also provide resources for students and families to save and pay for education, teach educators how to navigate financial aid programs, administer student grant, scholarship and loan programs, and advocate for resources to support students of all ages.

Executive Leadership

The Program Management Team at NCSEAA is responsible for coordinating and overseeing various educational financial aid and support initiatives. This includes managing student grant, scholarship, and loan programs, conducting outreach to increase FAFSA completion, and facilitating programs aimed at making higher education affordable and accessible. They ensure efficient program execution, compliance with state and federal guidelines, and advocate for resources to enhance educational opportunities for students across North Carolina.

The K12 Programs team at NCSEAA is dedicated to enhancing educational access and opportunities for students in grades K-12. This team coordinates resources, events, and support services to engage families and communities, assists schools in navigating financial aid programs, and administers grants, scholarships, and loan programs tailored to K-12 education needs. They work collaboratively to ensure that younger students have the foundational support and information necessary to transition smoothly to higher education.
