As the state agency that promotes access to education in North Carolina, we help students of all ages pay for their education.

Our collaborative, College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC), assists thousands of students each year plan, apply and pay for college. 

We also provide resources for students and families to save and pay for education, teach educators how to navigate financial aid programs, administer student grant, scholarship and loan programs, and advocate for resources to support students of all ages.

This team coordinates resources, events, and support services to engage families and communities, assists schools in navigating financial aid programs, and administers grants, scholarships, and loan programs tailored to K-12 education needs. They work collaboratively to ensure that younger students have the foundational support and information necessary to transition smoothly to higher education.

The IT and Data Management team at NCSEAA oversees the agency's technology infrastructure, ensures data integrity and security, manages IT projects, and provides data analysis. This includes maintaining the systems that support our educational funding programs, analyzing data for research and policy development, and ensuring privacy and accessibility compliance.
