Marianna Xiong currently serves as Site Director at YMCA of the North since December 2025. Previously, Marianna held various roles including Executive Assistant at Minnesota Hmong Chamber of Commerce, Program Coordinator at Keystone Community Services, and Hmong Dance Coach at Community School of Excellence, where Marianna coached 15 dancers and created 2-3 performance songs annually. In addition, Marianna contributed as a General Council Member for Ramsey County, Match Engagement Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities, Canvasser for FUTURE OF US, and Program Associate at BestPrep. Marianna has also been involved with Planned Parenthood Federation of America as a Teen Council member and served on the Board of the American Friends Service Committee. Academically, Marianna is pursuing a Certification in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from North Hennepin Community College and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota. Prior educational achievements include an Associate of Arts from Saint Paul College and a high school diploma from Harding Senior High School.
