Stacey McLey currently serves as Assistant Group General Counsel at SPX Cooling Tech, LLC, starting October 2023. Prior to this role, Stacey spent a decade at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP as V.P. Assistant General Counsel-Litigation, overseeing claims and litigation across various legal areas and managing outside counsel. Stacey's legal career includes experience as Associate General Counsel at Crestwood and as Legal Counsel at Inergy LP, where responsibilities expanded following a merger. Earlier positions include Partner at Schlee Huber McMullen and Krause, and Associate at Shugart, Thomson & Kilroy, focusing on insurance defense and various litigation matters. Stacey obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
