Michelle Cristaldi is a patent attorney with extensive experience in biologics, small-molecule pharmaceuticals, catalysis, cosmetics, and semiconductors. Currently, they serve as Assistant General Counsel (Patents) and Group Leader at Kenvue. Previously, Michelle held roles as Senior Patent Counsel & Group Leader at Johnson & Johnson and Director, Patent Counsel at L'Oréal. They have also worked as a Patent Agent at Servilla Whitney LLC and participated in various legal internships and externships, enhancing their expertise in patent law. Michelle earned a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and holds dual Bachelor's degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
