Founded in 2019 by district leaders, School Innovation Collaborative is a nonprofit organization that partners with Texas districts and supports our networks in order to improve student outcomes.

At the School Innovation Collaborative, we believe in unleashing the potential of great leaders to improve the life outcomes of students across Texas. We do this by partnering with districts to create a cohort of leaders who launch high-quality school networks, share effective practices, and scale impact in order to reach more students.

S-I-C supports six schools across three networks in Texas, currently serving more than 2,300 students. We aim to serve more than 5,000 students 
by fall 2024.

The Network Management team at the School Innovation Collaborative is responsible for overseeing and supporting school networks across Texas. They focus on fostering strong leadership within each network, facilitating collaboration among schools, and ensuring the effective implementation of best practices to enhance student outcomes. By coordinating initiatives and providing resources, this team plays a crucial role in scaling impact and achieving the organization's goal of serving over 5,000 students by fall 2024.

Comprised of the CEO and founders, this team collaborates closely with district partners to develop and empower school leaders, ensuring the success and expansion of high-quality school networks to improve student outcomes across Texas.
