Eduardo Colin

Service Operations Senior Manager

Eduardo Colin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, learning and development, and customer experience. Currently serving as the Head of Quality and L&D at DiDi since June 2020, Eduardo oversees global enablement programs. Prior to this role, Eduardo held various positions at Uber, including Quality & Continuous Improvement Senior Manager for Latin America and Customer Experience Business Partner in South Africa, alongside a focus on learning performance. Eduardo's earlier experience includes the role of Talent Development Manager at Aliat Universidades and Project Engineer at GE Aviation. Eduardo holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Chung-Ang University.
