With extensive experience in trust and company administration, Wayne previously worked with Abacus Financial Services Limited, Line Group Limited, and Fiduciary Management Limited. During the years 2018 to 2023, Wayne served as a Director at IOV Labs and presently holds a Non-Executive Director role at Coinsilium. Wayne earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Kent and is a Chartered Secretary, having studied at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
