Farhana Mahbub is the Managing Director and Global Head of Compliance Governance and Regulatory Change Management at RBC, where they lead large-scale transformation initiatives across regulated industries. They have previously held roles such as Head of Strategic Initiatives at RBC Capital Markets and Senior Project Manager at multiple organizations, including CIBC and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Farhana has also contributed to operational risk management as Director at Canada Life and has played a pivotal role in program delivery and compliance governance. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Ryerson University.
