James Davies is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. They served as Managing Director and Head of International and UK Compliance at Citi since 2023, after holding several key compliance leadership roles at J.P. Morgan and Citi across Asia Pacific. Prior to that, James worked with Perpetual Limited as a Project Associate, focusing on corporate actions, and served as Group Compliance Officer at ASX. They earned their foundational education at the University of Sydney from 1994 to 1998.
