Thomas Dauner is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), based in the Stuttgart office, where they lead the Global Industrial Goods practice. With 25 years of experience in the industry, Thomas has a proven track record in business strategy and transformation, particularly within the automotive value chain. They previously served as the Global Leader of the Automotive & Mobility business at BCG and have supported clients across Europe, North America, and Asia. In addition to their role at BCG, Thomas currently serves on several supervisory boards and advisory circles, including ESB Business School and Ashok Leyland. Thomas earned Bachelor's degrees in European Business Administration from Middlesex University and ESB Business School.
