Massimo Russo is a Senior Partner Emeritus and Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group, where they retired as a full-time partner in December 2021. Currently, Massimo serves as Principal at Standfast Advisors, assisting small and medium-sized technology companies and non-profits with strategy and execution, as well as a member of Launchpad Venture Group, focusing on startups in platform businesses and greentech. Massimo has a rich background in technology-driven innovation and has contributed to various sectors throughout their career. They hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
