David G. Fubini is a member of the faculty at Harvard Business School, serving as a Henry B. Arthur Fellow and Senior Lecturer in the Organizational Behavior Faculty Unit. They focus on teaching MBA and executive courses centered on leadership, transformational change, and managing professional service firms. Previously, Fubini was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company for over 34 years, where they led major transformational programs and was involved in significant mergers and acquisitions worldwide. Fubini is also the author of three books, including "Hidden Truths," and holds a BBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. Currently, Fubini engages with various advisory boards and serves as a trustee for multiple organizations.
