Alaina Kretchmer is the Head of Customer Marketing & Advocacy at Abnormal AI and was recognized as a Top 100 CMA in 2025. They previously held positions such as Senior Customer Advocacy Manager at Cloudflare and Engagement Marketing Manager at Adobe, where they excelled in developing customer success programs and integrated marketing strategies. Alaina also built advocacy programs at Druva and led significant campaigns for major brands, including PlayStation and NVIDIA. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.
