Nicholas Jackson is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of ZG Gaming Solutions, a firm specializing in gaming licensing management for the regulated sports betting, i-gaming, and fantasy sports sectors, since January 2022. Additionally, Nicholas serves as Senior Counsel at ZwillGen, providing legal counsel on regulatory compliance matters within the gaming industry since January 2016, with a focus on licensing requirements. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Director and Attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where representation involved complex litigation and advisory on intellectual property in M&A transactions. Nicholas's legal career began with a Civil Rights Fellowship at the Texas Civil Rights Project, along with various internships and clerkships, supporting expertise in civil rights and litigation. Nicholas holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
