Steph Warnery is the SVP People Solutions at Zalando, bringing extensive experience in HR across eCom, Retail, and FMCG sectors. They are responsible for business partnering with the full commercial organization, managing a team of over 50 business partners and HR directors, while overseeing strategic projects and organizational design initiatives. Previously, they held leadership roles at companies such as Britvic Soft Drinks and Beiersdorf, focusing on talent management and driving culture change. Steph holds a BA Honours degree in English from the University of Wales Swansea.
