Kritapas Kusmith has extensive experience in employer branding and people communications, having served as Senior Vice President at Kasikorn Bank from 2011 to 2015 and leading country communications at United Overseas Bank Limited in 2010. Currently, they hold the position of SVP in the Strategic People Solutions Department at Kasikorn Bank, where they focus on employer brand management, digital workplace initiatives, and recruitment strategies. Kritapas earned a Master of Arts in Interactive Multimedia Design from the London College of Communications and multiple master's degrees in marketing and management from the University of Westminster. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Thammasat University.
