Gregg Hiland is the President and CEO at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, where they focus on the organization's mission to promote healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. They previously served as Senior Vice President and COO at the YMCA from 1999 to 2002 and as Community Vice President at Fishers YMCA from 2002 to 2014. Prior to their roles at YMCA, they worked as an Overseas Coordinator for Operation Classroom from 1988 to 1989. Gregg earned a BA from DePauw University in 1988.
