They organize and conduct a variety of fitness classes, including group exercises, yoga, and cycling. The team also provides personalized training sessions, wellness programs, and online fitness content to engage and inspire members of all ages and backgrounds. Additionally, they manage and support wellness initiatives to enhance the overall health benefits offered at the YMCA.
