Jais Valeur serves as the Chairman of Alm. Brand Group since 2023, following its acquisition of Codan, and holds the position of Vice Chairman at Royal Unibrew, an OMX C25 multi beverage company, since 2013. Valeur has been a Member of The Supervisory Board at Yara International and Chairman of BKI foods a/s, as well as the Chairman of Food Nation Denmark since 2025. Additionally, Valeur is the Honorary Consul General of Japan in Denmark. Previously, Valeur served as Group CEO at Danish Crown from 2015 to 2024, and has held supervisory roles at FOSS and System Frugt A/S, along with executive responsibilities at Arla Foods. Jais Valeur holds a Master of Science in Economics from Aarhus University, completed in 1986.
