Gordon Percy is a Major Projects Director at WSP, specializing in the design, development, and delivery of significant capital projects within the water industry. With over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Civil Engineer, Gordon has held various senior roles, including Transformation Director at Southern Water and Head of Delivery for Thames Water, where they managed multi-billion pound programmes. Gordon graduated with a First Class degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth in 1991 and has been a Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers since 1998. Currently, Gordon is leading the design and delivery of a major desalination plant in the South West of the UK.
