Previously, they excelled as a Project Control Specialist at Rio Tinto Alcan, where they developed innovative cost and schedule control tools, earning multiple Rio Tinto Bravo Awards. A graduate of the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Engineering, they also hold a Master of Business Administration and a Diploma of Project Management while pursuing further studies in Civil Engineering.
