Matthew O'Connor is a tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory projects. Currently serving as Head of Group Tax at Whitbread since March 2021, Matthew previously held various positions at Grant Thornton UK LLP from September 2012 to March 2021, including Senior Direct Tax Manager, Tax Manager, Assistant Tax Manager, and International Corporate Tax Associate. Matthew's early experience includes a role as an International Tax Summer Intern at Grant Thornton UK LLP in July 2011.
