Christopher Weis is currently the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Whalar Group, where they lead and develop the talent acquisition function across six business entities, focusing on strategic hiring initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. With over nine years of experience in talent acquisition, Christopher has previously held roles as a Technical Recruiter at Axelon Services Corporation and Open Systems Technologies, as well as a Recruiter at Springer Nature. They began their career with an HR internship at SUNY College at Old Westbury and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations at the same institution. Christopher is passionate about embedding recruitment within organizational strategy to drive growth and foster a positive workplace culture.
