Jess Bamtefa is a Senior Director and the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Sitecore, where they lead talent acquisition strategy across 26+ countries. Previously, Jess held various roles at Andela, including Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA & LATAM, where they oversaw the expansion of global hiring during the transition to remote work. They founded Tech Without the Code (TWTC) to support professionals from diverse backgrounds in entering non-technical roles in the tech industry. Jess has also worked at Netflix as the Head of Talent Acquisition and has a background in HR consulting, with a degree in Cell Biology and Genetics from the University of Lagos.
