Scott Pfannenstein currently serves as the Sr. Director of Service Offering at Vertiv, a position held since February 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the OEM Thermal Field Service team across North America to ensure high-quality thermal delivery. Previously, Scott held various positions at Vertiv, including Director of Customer Success Management, managing a department responsible for over $40 million in contract revenue, and Team Lead in Customer Success Management, overseeing 44 accounts with approximately $20 million in contract revenue. Prior experience also includes roles at Emerson Network Power, Gordon Food Service, and Emerson Network Power/Liebert Corporation, focusing on customer relationship management, commercial development, and sales coordination. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business between 2002 and 2004.
