Brian N. Heft, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management. Currently serving as the Americas Warranty Program Manager and Global PMO Solutions Architect Manager at Vertiv since July 2016, Brian oversees objectives for the Global Program Management Office and the New Product Development Introduction process, utilizing Smartsheet and Microsoft Power Automate & BI for data analysis. Prior to Vertiv, Brian worked at Motorola Solutions from September 1993 to April 2015, holding various roles including Presale Business Manager and Program/Project Manager, where leadership in project proposals and implementation of solutions for U.S. Federal Government customers was key. Brian holds an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology from Otterbein University and a BA in Business Administration from Lewis University, along with an internship in Electrical Engineering.
