Mohamad Adghim, Ph.D., P.Eng, currently serves as the R&D Department Lead at CH Four Biogas, where responsibilities include managing over $2 million in sustainable waste management projects, mentoring a team of research scientists, and optimizing SR&ED incentives. With extensive experience in process design and life cycle modeling, Adghim has secured significant funding, published multiple journal articles, and established collaborations with various educational institutions. As a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Ottawa, additional roles include part-time professor responsibilities and project leadership in biogas innovation. Adghim's education includes a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Ottawa and advanced degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Sharjah. Previous roles demonstrate expertise in engineering design, stakeholder management, and teaching, complemented by a track record of patents and research funding.
