Natasha Staveley is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over nine years of experience, including six years at Uber, where they specialize in leadership hiring and diversity strategy across EMEA. Natasha has managed teams of Sourcers and focused on recruiting for a variety of functions, from tech to operations. Prior to Uber, they held various roles in real estate and recruitment, culminating in a leadership position at ofo where they built operation teams across Europe and Israel. Natasha also founded and managed an equine business, developing strong sales and negotiation skills. Currently, they are pursuing a National Diploma in Equestrian/Equine Studies at Warwickshire College Group.
