Kaley P. currently serves as the Principal Talent Acquisition EMEA and APAC at Versant Media, a position held since November 2025. Prior to NBCUniversal, Kaley was a Campus Recruiter at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Kohl's, managing recruitment processes across multiple departments. Kaley began a career in recruitment at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, holding the position of Recruiting Coordinator. Kaley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
