Joseph Erhardt currently serves as the Chief Research & Development Officer at Third Arc Bio, a position held since June 2023. Previously, from January 2012 to June 2023, Joseph held the title of Vice President of Discovery & Scientific Partnerships at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, specifically within Janssen Oncology, where responsibilities included overseeing external innovation for oncology drug discovery and managing collaborations for early-stage oncology projects. From March 2000 to 2011, Joseph was a Senior Director at GSK, focusing on oncology projects, including serving as the Project Leader for BRAF and MEK inhibitors while also directing cancer research portfolio development. Joseph's career began as a Project Manager and Leader in oncology and diseases of the developing world, supported by a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Pennsylvania, awarded in 1998.
