Katie Crowell (Harty) serves as the Senior Director of Marketing at The Phoenix since February 2021, where the focus is on fostering connection and belonging in addiction recovery. Previously, Katie held roles at GS&F as an Account Supervisor, providing leadership in strategic marketing plans, and at Reebok in multiple positions, including Experiential Marketing Manager, where innovative marketing channels were developed. Early career experience includes consulting for biopharmaceutical companies at Decision Resources and co-founding Leotus Home Cooling. Katie earned a B.A. in Commerce, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship from Brown University and studied Biotechnology, Economics, and Globalization at UNSW.
