Ingeborg Graefe serves as the Head of Intellectual Property at tesa since July 2005, holding the position of Director of Intellectual Property. Graefe has extensive experience as a German Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, European Trademark Attorney, and European Design Attorney. Prior to tesa, Graefe worked at Henkel from July 1999 to June 2005, where responsibilities included serving as Head of the Engineering Group in the Patent Department. In addition, Graefe operates a consultancy, PAin Dipl.-Ing. Ingeborg Graefe, since April 1999. Training in patent law was completed at institutions such as the BPatG and DPMA, alongside a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Chemical Engineering attained from Technische Universität Clausthal.
