Lorenzo Bronzi

Group Head Of Customer Experience & Insight

Lorenzo Bronzi possesses extensive experience in customer experience and insight management across several international companies. Currently serving as the Group Head of Customer Experience & Insight at Tele2 since December 2012, Lorenzo is responsible for managing insights and actions to enhance the company's global market positioning and implementing customer experience programs. Prior roles include Global NPS & Customer Insight Manager at Philips, Senior Digital Research & Customer Experience Manager at Monster, and a position focused on customer intelligence at Agilent Technologies. Lorenzo began the professional journey as a marketing and market research consultant in 2002. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Management from Università di Siena, an MSc in Economics and Management from Wageningen University & Research, and completion of studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2012.
