Gabe Van Amburgh has extensive experience in film programming and exhibition, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Film Festival Programming at SXSW since October 2011. Prior to this role, Gabe held positions as Film Exhibition Manager at SXSW and Audio/Visual Manager at Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas, Ltd., from May 2004 to September 2011. Additional experience includes serving as Projection Manager at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema and General Manager at Century Theatres from August 1998 to October 2002.
