Renu Jethani currently serves as the HR Head for India and South Africa at Sutherland, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for over 28,000 employees across multiple business sectors. Prior to this role, Renu held key positions at OCS Group UK as SVP and Head of HR; at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance as Lead HR Business Partner and Head of Diversity and Engagement; at Godrej Industries Limited as GM and Head of Human Resources for the retail division; and at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. in various HR roles. Renu began the HR career at Infosys, contributing significantly to HR functions and strategies. Renu holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Centre and a professional coaching certification, along with HR certification from SHRM.
