Raphael Jose Carreon is a Senior Regional Manager at Sutherland, leading the E-Facilities project implementation for the Philippine region. With over a decade of experience in property and facilities management, they oversee nearly 90,000 square meters of operations across ten sites, serving more than 25,000 employees. Previously, Raphael held positions at notable companies including Accenture and MERALCO, where they developed and implemented operational strategies and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
