Scott Youmans is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product design and management within the outdoor gear and consumer products industries. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Stanley 1913 since September 2025, Scott leads the engineering of innovative drinkware and food storage solutions. Previously, as Product Line Manager at Industrial Revolution, Inc., Scott oversaw the UCO product line and successfully launched new camping products, including entering the folding knife category. Scott’s tenure as Product Line Manager at Cascade Designs focused on MSR stoves and cookware, where market research and product development were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a Development Engineer role at Elevate Outdoor Collective, where Scott contributed to award-winning snowshoe designs and secured multiple patents. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
