Currently serving as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Spirax Sarco Engineering PLC since 2012, Andy has played a pivotal role in the company’s significant growth, contributing to over 100 acquisitions and disposals globally. Prior to this, Andy held senior legal positions at Blackstone Capital Holdings Trust, BAE Systems, and RM plc, where major accomplishments included advising on a £10 billion order book and leading executive strategy sessions. Andy's educational background includes a law degree from the University of Nottingham and qualifications from the Inns of Court School of Law.
