Michael McClenan is the Interim Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Radius Ltd, where they are currently serving. They previously held the position of Legal Director at The Very Group for over 16 years, after which they continued to engage in the retail financial services sector through their consultancy, MMC Advisory Services Ltd. With extensive experience in the financial services industry since 1988, Michael has held senior legal roles in major businesses and chaired the Consumer Credit/Finance group at the British Retail Consortium for over 12 years. They also worked as a consultant at Allen & Overy, specializing in consumer credit and retail financial services. Michael earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Hull between 1981 and 1984.
