Melissa Bourke, MHRM, SHRM-CP, is currently the Director of Employee Relations at SolomonEdwards, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa served in various HR capacities at Centurion Health from May 2016 to October 2025, including Statewide HR Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Earlier experience includes a decade at Garnet & Gold, where roles ranged from Store Manager to Sales Associate. Melissa also worked as an OPS Clerk at the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations in 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a Bachelor's of Science in Merchandising from Florida State University.
