Rachel Pavey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and investment across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Operations at ServiceTitan since 2025, Rachel also held positions as an Investor at Primary Venture Partners and Speedinvest, focusing on early-stage enterprise AI, fintech, and vertical SaaS. Prior experience includes working in Investor Relations at PJT Partners, where Rachel specialized in investor relations and capital raising for private equity, and in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
