Mac Lee is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Serko Ltd. since January 2021, Mac previously held the position of Team Leader-Software at TouchPoint Medical, overseeing global software sustainment and handling complex escalation issues from service teams and customers using various technologies. Prior to that, Mac led a software group at Emerson focused on healthcare applications, after starting as a Software Engineer developing ASP.NET and WinForm applications. Mac's career began at Vishay as an IT Engineer maintaining a Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Mac holds a Bachelor of Management degree in Information Management Systems from Xi'an University of Science and Technology.
