Aaron W. is a Digital Solution Advisory Director at SAP, where they champion customer experience (CX) and intelligent spend solutions. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Director of Solutions Consulting at Five9 and Strategic Solutions Architect at Genesys. Aaron served as a Sergeant and Team Leader in Signals Intelligence Analysis with the US Army's 82D Airborne Division from 1991 to 1995. They have also pursued education at Appalachian State University, Cornell University, and the University of Wyoming.
