Sven Krome, PhD, is a strategic UX and human factors leader with over 10 years of experience in autonomous systems, AI, and multimodal interfaces. They have held positions at prominent companies such as Waymo and Uber ATG, where they led UX research for autonomous ride-hailing services and developed key UX insights.
