Scott Long is a seasoned design researcher and consultant with a diverse background in prominent organizations. Long began a career at Caerus Associates, LLC as an Associate from 2010 to 2012. Subsequently, Long joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant and Design Researcher from 2013 to June 2016. A significant tenure at IBM followed from July 2016 to January 2023, during which Long held positions as a Design Researcher, Design Lead, and later, Design Director in IBM iX. Most recently, Long served as Staff Design Researcher and Senior Design Researcher at H-E-B in November 2024. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Strategy and International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Swarthmore College.
