Peter Fagg is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Director of Aviation at Saga plc. since December 2025. Prior to this role, Fagg held various positions within Saga, including Head of Aviation and Head of Transport at HF Holidays, where responsibilities included overseeing significant aviation spend and leading contract negotiations. Fagg began his career at Saga Travel Group in 1994, advancing through roles such as Senior Aviation Contracts Manager and General Manager of Sagaflights.com, a start-up venture. With a strong foundation in commercial strategy development and a Bachelor of Science in Maths and Computer Science from the University of Kent, Fagg has consistently demonstrated leadership in the aviation sector.
