Shaun Winstone is a senior leader with extensive experience in the aerospace industry, including aircraft structures, OE manufacture, engine MRO, and engine testing. Since 2012, they have gained valuable expertise in management and leadership of multi-functional teams. Currently, as the Head of Manufacturing at Rolls-Royce, Shaun defines and delivers operating models for cutting-edge manufacturing facilities while managing a diverse leadership team. Previously, as a Production Leader, they emphasized safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a high-pressure production environment. Shaun's career began with a modern apprenticeship at Airbus, where they developed foundational skills in aeronautical engineering.
