Phil Tomkinson Tech-IOSH, IMaPS, has a diverse background in safety management and operations, commencing a career as a Sales Representative at Birmingham Business Supplies from 1991 to 1997. Phil then served as Restaurant Manager and Publican at Mitchells & Butlers until 2002. From June 2005 to August 2016, Phil worked as Health and Safety Manager and later Operations Director at Quality Safety Consultants Ltd., overseeing safety projects and contractor management. Phil transitioned to Jaguar Land Rover as Lead Safety Engineer from January 2021 to November 2023 while also directing Tomkat Site Safety Management Ltd. during the same period. Currently, Phil holds the position of HS&E Subject Matter Expert - Projects at Rolls-Royce since November 2023. Phil completed education at Bishop Vesey's Grammar School from 1987 to 1991.
