Michelle Pool (Elliott) is currently the Global Strategic Workforce Planning Manager at Rolls-Royce, where they lead workforce planning initiatives and strategic HR projects. With a background in HR that includes roles such as Operations Manager for North America HR Shared Service Center and Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Programs Manager, they have developed expertise in employee development, recruitment, and organizational effectiveness. Michelle earned a BA Hons in Human Resource Management from the University of Derby in 2004 and commenced their HR career as a Contract Consultant at Adecco Personnel Services. Previously, they also served as an HR Recruitment Consultant at sf group.
